Note Gain offers a free version as well as paid subscription plans (monthly or annual). Payments are processed via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not possible. However, in exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Any refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.
4. Use of the Service
You may not misuse the Service or use it in any unlawful or harmful manner. You are responsible for the content you upload or share and agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Note Gain, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of LMVIS LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
6. Changes to Terms and Pricing
We reserve the right to update these Terms and adjust pricing at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify users in advance via email or through the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use Note Gain.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales but apply to users worldwide.
